9. Order Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel or reschedule a water tanker order should contact MK Water Suppliers as soon as possible before the tanker is dispatched.

Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, any advance payment received may be eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable charges or costs that were disclosed and incurred in processing the order.

If the tanker has already been dispatched, reached the delivery location, or substantial costs have already been incurred in fulfilling the order, delivery, transportation, waiting, or cancellation charges may be deducted where applicable and previously communicated or agreed.

10. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in circumstances including:

• MK Water Suppliers is unable to fulfill a confirmed and prepaid order;

• The customer is charged more than once for the same transaction;

• An incorrect amount is charged due to a verified payment or billing error;

• A prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch and qualifies for a refund under this policy; or

11. Completed Deliveries

Once the ordered water has been delivered and the service has been completed, the transaction will generally be treated as fulfilled.

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided for successfully completed and accepted deliveries unless there is a verified billing or service issue, or a refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

Customers should report any material concern regarding a delivery as soon as reasonably possible so that we can review the relevant delivery records.

12. Failed Delivery

A refund may not be available, or reasonable delivery-related charges may be deducted, when a delivery cannot be completed because:

• The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address;

• The customer or authorized recipient was unavailable;

• The tanker could not safely or legally access the delivery location;

• The customer’s storage tank or receiving facility was not ready;

• The customer refused an otherwise conforming confirmed delivery; or

• The delivery failed because of circumstances attributable to the customer.

Where appropriate, MK Water Suppliers may offer to reschedule the delivery.

13. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a customer believes that a duplicate payment or incorrect payment has been made, the customer should contact us promptly with the relevant transaction details.

Once verified against our payment records, an eligible excess or duplicate payment will be refunded or adjusted as appropriate.

14. Refund Method & Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction where reasonably possible.

Once a refund has been initiated by MK Water Suppliers, the time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the customer’s bank, payment gateway, UPI provider, card network, or other payment service provider.

Customers may be required to provide the relevant invoice number, transaction reference, payment receipt, customer name, delivery information, or other reasonable information necessary to verify a refund request.

15. Payment Disputes
